One-on-one sessions

Student-centered, individualized learning. These private sessions are perfect for students who excel one-on-one, and could use additional coaching and the undivided attention of one of our talented tutors.

This service includes more assessments and focused time on the students' individual learning needs and style. Private sessions also require regular check-ins on student performance and their work at home to ensure effectiveness.

Step 1
The student is assessed and evaluated by a team member and matched with the right tutor for their needs.

Step 2
Private sessions begin and the client receives post-session reports that include additional resources and instructions.

Step 3
The tutor works with the student to create a personalized plan which they will review on a monthly basis.

Study club sessions

One-on-one isn’t the right fit for every student; some students prefer the independence and peer support of a group setting. Enter Study Club Sessions!

These sessions offer a cost-effective resource for parents looking for supervised general school help and support. Students are guided through homework, assigned projects, and studying with the help of an on-site tutor as needed. These are held in person at the Vici Learning Centre.

With focus on quality versus quantity, we maintain a 4:1 student to tutor ratio. We also ensure students within each group are in the same grade range (elementary, middle school, high school).
